560 hydraulic problem

The hydraulic system is making a squealing sound and keeps the engine under load. If I put a short jumper hose between two remote outlets and hold the lever back for that outlet, it unloads the engine and most of the squealing subsides. The power steering works fine except the wheels shimmy just a little (tractor stopped). I changed fluid, changed the filter which needed serviced, and the teledepth control had some teeth broken off the differential gears. I disconnected its linkage to the hitch and can move the spool valve in and out with the side lever which makes the noise worse. Any help on how to solve this problem, what to check or do next would be appreciated.
