You can put the same weight oil in the oil bath as goes in the engine, except that if you use a multigrade oil (10W-30, 15W-40, etc) in the engine, at least in the summer you should probably use 30 wt in the oil bath, IMO the multigrades are too light, and won't get hot and change viscosity as much as in the engine (bet I get contradicted on this). In the transmission 90W or 85W90, etc is fine. Use 30 wt in the belly pump, unless you are sharing trailing implements with another tractor, in which case you should use compatible hydraulic fluid.
