Dennis, you need to remove the belly pump and then undo the drive shaft via the four bolts. This done you remove the flanges on the seals( you may as well do both shafts pump and driveshaft) A pipewrench will turn the flanges out , then you can pick out the seals and tap new ones into place. getting the pump out is the tough job, its heavy.
