Chad you should drain the water because could pull the brass sleeve the injector is in. That the time plate off the out side of the pump and make sure the to back lines line up when the timing marks on the flywheel are lined up you will have to find out just what degree to set it at. the pump shaft has to seals on it one for oil the first one for fuel when you put the pump back one make sure you don't turn the first one over or you will have fuel in the oil.
