Watch for cotter pins holding the nuts to the studs under the radiator. There's also the brace that goes over the valve cover. If you don't remove the fan, you will need to remove four long thin bolts that hold the shroud to the radiator so that you can lift the radiator when everything else (already mentioned plus radiator hoses) is loose. For small punctures I've had good results with a product called Seal All (a clear liquid/gel consistancy you squeeze out of a tube after surface is cleaned).
