More 450 Questions

Just getting used to the 450, only had it two weeks.
The steering is real sloppy right in the steering box above the motor. Can I do anything with this? It is bad enough where I don't think I would want to use road gear. Also I notice the tractor runs fairly good cold, but after running about ten minutes it starts to cough and die, from the time it starts doing it, it will kill in a couple of minutes. The plugs,wires,cap and even the coil appear to be fairly new. Have not taken the cap off. The sediment bowl also seems clean. Any ideas? Thanks, Harlen
