Paul, I am sure you will be back to read this. It does not take an advanced degree to understand that the letter is self-incriminating. The very use of the word "loot" says it all. Loot is the ill gotten payoff from participation in a crime. I doubt if 49Cubber considers his paycheck as being loot. There are bad doctors in all parts of the country. They rape medicare, solicit stooges for scams, and take payoffs from lawyers. These are probably the same idiots who amputate the wrong leg in the Operating Room and have lost their hospital priveledges. In Lawrence, MA there are actually people who load up cars with five passengers and slam the cars into on comming traffic. The lawyers come in right after the ambulances and get huge settlements for the "victims". Police estimate there were 35 incidents several years ago. It wasn't until several innocent people died that the police and the insurance companies did anything. The investigators found that there were recuiters, doctors, and lawyers setting up these scams. Insurance companies really don't care. They will pay the claims and request a rate increase. Thank God I don't live in Lawrence. I probably couldn't afford their compulsory auto insurance rates. Third party insurance settlements will frequently precipitate fraudulent behavior. It is considered a victimless crime. Let's get the insurance company because they are hoarding stacks of money in those high rises.

If i said that this was a little frustrating for him that would be "conservative" in fact the problem had reduce
