I don't know much about the 460 but have a 430 U. It was my uncle's tractor until his death. It has a #35 loader that he never took off. It is an excellent little tractor and would hate to be without it. I take the loader off in summer and use it for most of my stuff. I have a SMTA to run the baler and bigger stuff. The 430 takes hardly any fuel and dispite it's lack of attention in early years it just keeps going. You know what has been done to the 430 and what hasn't been done, it will take you a while with a different tractor.

The advice is timeless... so although it isn't necessarily antique tractor related, it will be prominently displayed in our archives to honor those who have the courage to ask and those who have the courage to respond in an honest, positive manner.
