H Heads

I am in the process of rebuilding a '45 H I plan on using for pulling. My problem is I had one of my spare heads milled a hundred thousand, but the combustion chamber looks a lot deeper than the head that came off the motor. I have another one that came off my other H and it looks the same as the latter. The Casting #s are:
8775-DA
8043-DC
8776-D
Which one should I use?
