Steve: Actually I had two tractors with that pto at one time in my farming days. Mine were both Farmalls 504 and a 560. You say International so I gather yours is a Utility. My 504 had 13.6x38 and 560 had 16,9x38. I'm not just sure what the Utility tractors had, probably 28" wheel and wider than the Farmall. That pto also has an internal adjustment for the pto clutch pack. I will not try to describe that, you best go to the manual for that. The clutch pack adjustment should be checked probably every year. Manual will probably give it to you in hours on tracror meter. Another item to watch closely if your tractor is so equiped is TA and clutch adjustment. Again manual is way to go. I would only confuse you, too much room for error in use of terminology.
