I have been following your questions, and you have been given some good answers and advice. However, now, with your latest question, I think it is time to just bite the bullet,so to speak. You need to remove the tank from the tractor, and clean it thoroughly, or take it to a radiator shop and have it cleaned. It is also time for a complete carburetor rebuild, the crud that was in the tank is now in the carburetor. There are several things you could do, but in the long run it will be much easier to do it right and then your troubles will be over, at least the fuel related troubles.
