The cluth probably rusted to the flywheel and pressure plate. Shouldn't be stuck that bad after only a year. Try pulling it with the tranny in the highest gear that will turn the engine over and keep pressing the clutch. Just make sure the ignition is off so it doesn't start and run into the tow vehicle. Or put it on a jack stand so that one wheel is off the ground. Start the tractor in 4th gear, rev it up ang have someone push it off the jackstand while you hold the clutch pedal down. My 240U had sat for 8 years and I ended up splitting it. Mice built a huge nest in the bellhousing and the combination of urine and humidity rusted it solid. Splitting a small tractor is so easy that you might want to do it right away. Then you can clean up everything nice and smooth and get it operating perfectly. Good luck
