Help with cub carb

the carb on the new 51 Cub I just got is a Zenith #s 13781 and 10949c-91 or the first # in that sequence maybe a 7 instead of a one. But any way if its right I have to pull the main jet to check the oil and the gas line fitting is to big for the carb.
I posted to the Cub site with no answers. I really need to know so I can buy the right one I want to see if the old girl will run or not.
I also need a radiator cap if anyone can help. THANKS JON
