International 384 - what oil type and viscosity?

I just purchased a 1980 model International 384 diesel tractor. Before I go out and do any work with it, I want to change the engine oil and filter. First, what oil viscosity is recommended for my tractor? Second, what brand of oil should I use? I was thinking of using Delo or Rotella.....any recommendations? Is it worth the difference in price to use the Case-IH brand oil from my dealer? I do not have the origianl owners manual, so I have no idea what was recommended for my tractor when is was made. Third, what type of oil filter should I use? Are there any other brands available to fit my tractor other that what my Case-IH dealer sells? Thanks for any help in this matter.
