I have a 560 gas(very similar) and I went through the carb 3 times before I got it right.I would consider myself a very competent carb mechanic and I missed it twice.Somewhere in there is some crud. I finally baked the carb in the oven at 300 degrees for an hour or so then blasted it out with air.(after it cooled) Oven cleaner works good also,but don't leave it on the venturi for too long,it's aluminum and it will eventually eat it,literally. Oh yea,the wife was'nt home at the time.But she did make a comment about the house stinking.
