Still having A problems

Found the timing mark and got the timing dead nuts on and that got rid of the back firing back into the carb. On the other hand I still have the no run situation. Tractor converted to 12v. It will run forever just sittin there, but when you put it to work about half an hour later it will slowely die out. Some sugest lack of fuel. Have brand new sed bowl, fuel line, and carb.I took apark and double checked. Whistle clean! New 12v coil(non-resistor type)cap rotor wires plugs, distributor is freshly overhauled the only thing not changed is the condensor. I"m going to hook up my lighted spark testor to 1 cylinder and run it till it craps out just to see if I looses spark
