2 way hydraulic system for an H

I have a 42 H that I have a loader on that has one way cylinders that lift the whole loader and I have a 2 way cylinder that moves the bucket. My question is how can I use the bucket cylinder with the one way cylinders. Do I need a valve control and how do I hook it up? Everything on the H is stock as far as the hydrolics go. I just want to be able to operate the 2 way cylinder on the bucket and the one way cylinders on the loader seperate. I've heard of guys converting thier H's into a live hydraulic system how is this done?
