Sam, "Northern Hydrolics", (www.northern-oneline.com or 1-800-533-5545))sells a pump driven by the PTO for about $325. A spool valve would cost another $175. I'm not a "hydrolics guy" but I saw this setup on an Allis and it seemed to work well.
