Hard to tell over the phone, but sounds like you are dealing with an authentic IH front end with the tie rods out front. Those flat pads at the inside of the bottom of the spindles with two bolt holes in each. Aftermarket versions didn't have 'em, IH did. That's as far as I can go, sure hope I'm right. :>) Allan
