Your serial number indicates it is probably an early Super C. Is there a 2" gap underneath the gas tank and above the hydraulic unit? Does it have a water pump? If yes these are a couple of indications that it is a Super C. If you look at the top of the block underneath the #1 (front) spark plug there is a small, raised, flat. You will find (if you clean it really well) the engine serial number there. Hope this helps, SAm in NS
