I was concerned because the access hole in the bottom of the bell housing is round, while the cover is oblong. This would seem to allow dirt to enter the bell housing interior. The IH manual I have is a Jennstar reprint. It shows a grease fitting accessable through the oblong hole in the bottom of the bell housing. The manual is obviously wrong or out of date.
