Hi, could you explain more about the foot brakes being weak? Are they spongy and you have to pump them to brake? If that is the problem then there is air in the system and they have to be bled. If you search the archives for 684 or 674 you will find the procedure for bleeding the air out of the hydraulic brake system. Good luck JB2
