Hello,
You need to check the suction screen, it is a pain to do because of that it probably hasn't been done before. It is under the seat the the lid is very heavy and needs to be lifted straight up so you don't break the screen or anything. Mine has problems but it is with the pump I have a 350U also. Have a good one.
