Thank you to all who have replied already which only increased my curiosity as I am seeking the serial number for a B Farmall. The serial number plate is missing off the seating arrangement where it is usually located but thanks to all in the tractor world. I found some more numbers on the engine block that may lend a hand to me for those who know Farmall tractors. I found FAB138473 stamped into a plate in the upper right hand corner of the block and I found G342DH behind the oil filter that was in raised letters. On the lower right hand corner of the block were the numbers 9.9.0. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated and thanks to all in advance.
