6716DB is the part number of the cylinder head. A part number won't usually tell you much about the age of a particular tractor. The head was changed over the years and this is the early one. So if it is the original, you probably have a relatively early one. The engine number is where it was already described. It is nearly obscured by the governor control rod. Engine and serial numbers matched until serial 201000, after which they ran fairly close.
