Yes the hitch and remotes go too.
I was chisel plowing in the spring and couldn't get the plow out of the ground when it happened. I'm not sure about the PTO. The only PTO application we have for it is the grain cart, and we are always in neutral when unloading. No, there is not an awful noise. It sounds entirely normal. And then you can't steer, clutch or brake and your heart's in your throat! Judging from the pictures, I geuss they're making progress on your 966?
