Hey Ag, If you are losing both systems, then there are only two common denominators at play: the supply oil pickup (filter) or the mechanical drive of both pumps. The only other (way, way outside) possibility is that both pumps are right on the edge of dying (what’s the chances of that? Slim and None?). I think there is something wacky going on in that filter area. You don’t suppose that the last guy didn’t get things back together quite right when he changed the filter, do you? I can’t imagine you losing the IPTO input gear and you’re not hearing it. If that thing came unraveled, you’d know it (and so would all of your neighbors). :>) Plus the fact, why should it be okay after you restart the tractor? That wouldn’t make any sense.
