Those carbs are simple and straight forward unlike automobile carburators. You shouldn't have any problems rebuilding the carb. Carb kits. Pull the carb off the tractor. There should be a matal tag some place with identification numbers. Take the numbers (no numbers - take the carb) to you local auto parts store. Kits are readily available. You should get a quart or two of carb cleaner and soak and clean the carb. If you don't want to go the the expense of purchasing the carb cleaner any auto shop will be able to rebuild the carb for you. Have you checked the fuel flow at the carb? You may have a blockage in the fuel line, sediment bowl, sediment bowl inlet. Check this out before you rebuild the carb. Did you turn on the gas at the sediment bowl shut off?
