Paul, I have been using mime for about a year now. I am running it on Windows 2000 and XP. No problems. I would suggest going to Start, Settings, Control Panel, and then Add/Remove Programs and try to uninstall the Personal SupportPro. Then re-install it. If I remember right when I put the CD in the computer it automatically started installing itself. If it doesn't automatically start there is a Setup.exe in the root of the CD. If that doesn't work feel free to e-mail me. It is un-covered. PS. My version is running pspro.exe. I couldn't find a psp.exe on the cd or my hard drive. It maybe that we just need to change the "target" for the icon. Randy
