Well I got the new used distributor in my '47 H with the HEI recurve kit sptings - what a difference! Now that I'm able to measure some advance with a dynamic timing light, I was wondering how close I was to the optimum hp. I thought it was in one of your posts, Chad, where you listed an advance of 35-something degrees for maximum hp as shown on the dyno. I searched for the post but couldn't find it. Does anyone have figures for advance degrees that produce the maximum hp on an H as shown by the dyno? TIA
