I agree with Bob, what is the temp where you are right now? If the rear end starts working after it warms up a bit you know your first job will be to drain the transmission oil. For some reason I kind of doubt it's locked in two gears, would have been very hard to push into the barn in that condition.

As for the engine, I'd pull the plugs and shoot some WD40 or/and MM oil in each piston and let it sit for a day or two. Then start trying to turn it over with the crank (without plugs). Once it turns free put the plugs back in and let it run for a few minutes then start draining the oil and coolant. When you refill the oil I'd definately add some stop leak to the oil to soften up those oil seals that have been sitting for so long.
