Nearly impossible to get that to unscrew if the old belt is on there and it is tight. You'll have to cut the old belt off if you have not done that. I just replace a cracked flange on my I-6 (was cracked when I got the tractor). The flange was missing the set screw and rotation of the pulley had tightend the flange up so the belt was tight as a bango string. No way I could turn that flange until the belt was cut even though the threads were not stuck and in great shape. Quite a job to replace the flange. Thought I could do it without removing the radiator but no way. Fan, WP packing nut and front WP bearing retainer have to come off before the flange will screw off the hub.
