Farmall Super C, New Owner

I now own my first Farmall. See information provided by the
seller below. Serial 118550 Motor turns but I have not tried to start her. Transmission
engages, Appears somewhat complete, has rear wheel weights,
one rear tire is newer and the other is weathered both are
holding air, front tire needs replaced but is still holding some
air, steering box needs rebuilding, tractor will not steer.
Toolbox under seat and the battery box both have some rust
thru, top of the air cleaner is missing and it is not connected.
Radiator shroud is bent up some but not horribly, hood is pretty
straight and gas tank too. I think I am going to enjoy working on this. Any help or watch-
outs in advance would be appreciated. I hope I am not too much
of a pest to you knowledgeable folks on this board.
