Rusty: Also Allan and Jossette, It's been that way for well over 3/4 of a century, at least. I can remember my dad saying, that was the reason he bought the W4 in 1942. They had IH implements out of 1920s and could walk in for parts anytime. That has never changed, throughout IH of the early 80s and on to the Case buyout, and whoever has bought out whom since. I always ask CaseIH first and have rarely been disappointed. I had bought some Case equipment back in the 1970s and found them just as prompt. I for one never expected much change on service and parts as a result of the merge. I was not disappointed.
