Chad, Have you ever seen an high horsepower H break the torque tube in a hard pull.They break right where the rear of the belly pump opening starts, I pulled a 70 hp H in the 80's If I were to ever build another one I would use 1/2 in steel for the cover plate and tap at least 6 more holes in the casting to hold it, Thank God I was almost out of power when it happened in the 5500 class. My 2 cents worth.
