4-H Homework help! NOT IN BOOK!!!!!

PLEASE NO POST"S FROM GUYS WHO ARE P!SSED OFF AT ME FOR RESEARCHING HERE! I am almost done my home work, i just have to find out how much 4L of paint and 4L of primer cost, set of high compression rings,and some torque specs. I have looked on the internet and in books but can"t find any of this info, thanks for your help Cost of set of High Compression Rings,(Have been told there is no such thing, but if there is great!) The torque specs for Rod Caps in pound\sq inch. What are rod caps? Torque for wheels bolts, if there is any specs. And any other torque specs for any other part of the H tractor. Thanks again Mitch
