Seems a lot of develop leaks behind the bracket. You could seal it using a kit from Por-1 or Red Kote. Have a radiator shop repair it or buy the one from Cowman. I'd go with the least expensive option, which is most likely the latter. I couldn't find one at the time so I had to seal mine.
