Remove the distributor cap , rotor & points cover; remove the coil wire from the distr. cap hold within 1/4" of a ground. With the points closed and ignition switch on, snap the points open a couple of times and see if you have a good spark. Make sure the points are adjusted to .020" and are clean and not pitted. Squirt or pour some gasoline into the sparkplug hole and then try and start. Just a teaspoon is enough, if it fires you're not getting fuel to carburetor or from the carburetor into the combustion chamber. There's a man that posts on here repairs those IH magnetos. You can post for the MagMan. Try NAPA auto parts for a carburetor kit. Hal
