Need some help deciding on an old tractor...

Hello, I am new to this forum and to the use and purchasing of tractors. I recently bought 7 acres and built our home. We are going to be mowing about 5 open acres. I was planning on buying a pull behind mower to use with my quad, but after borrowing my dad's and seeing how fast the feild grows, I now have talked my wife into getting a small tractor with a bush hog and/or finish mower to do this job. I am looking at three tractors right now and need a little help. All three prices include a bush hog... The tractors are Ford 8N....Looks to be in fairly good shape. But I seem to see oil around the motor when veiwed from the right side of the tractor. Asking $2300 Farmall A...Decent shape, but I know that he sheetmetal needs paint, leaks a little oil from the rear of the tractor, doesn't want to start right now. THis was my Grandpa's tractor (not the original owner)and my uncle who owns it no says that it has sat for a while and needs a battery and maybe a started(he will replace and get it running again) Price is $1800 (Uncle says that is reletive price, he would ask more if he was selling it to someone else) Co-Op E3...I haven't seen this one, but it is a friend of my uncle's and he says it is in good working order. Price is $1500 I know that the Ford and the E3 have 3 Point Hitches and the Model A does not... Is this a big deal for bush hogging? I also know that the E3 has a live PTO, Didn't ask about the 8N or the A... I don't need a collector, I just want one that will do my light duty jobs of mowing the 5 acres/ Blading and Grading the driveway. Are these prices fair? What about parts/service...which would be easiest to work on or get someone to work on? ANy help you all can give me would be great! You can email me or respond in th forum... Thanks again...
