43 H Too Rich ?? / will not start

Ignition all new components expect for the plugs & wires – (yesterday ran fine) the engine will start for about 20 secs then dies and will not start again - I think the plugs are getting too wet and will not fire until dry –

any suggestions will have reduce my stress level just about now --- why I did not buy that little compact tractor for $25gs – I am starting to wonder.
