In the midst of a carb overhaul and have a couple questions: 1) When reassembling the die-cast venturi into the housing, is there an orientation that must be followed (radially? ) 2) Throttle butterfly plate........How much daylight is too much around the hole ? 3) There's a little brass tube that apparently allows suction of gas from the bowl. Tube appeared to have been criped into the threaded nut portion and was loose. I assume this joint should be tight? 4) Tractor would not idle down where it should prior to the rebuild. Idle screw was fully backed out. Any areas of the carb that may be allowing the engine to run faster that I need to pay attention to ? Thanx......
