It's either running out of gas, due to a restriction in the fuel system. or the spark is failing, due to a coil that fails when it warms up, a bad condensor, or possibly a bad ignition switch.

What you need to do, is, when it stops, hook a test spark plug into one of the leads, and see if spark has been lost.

If you have spark, you need to find why it's short of fuel. If no spark, figure out why spark is being lost.
