A. I was under the impression that the F-series tractors were gravity feed like all the gas Farmalls that came after. B. The fuel pump may have been "rebuilt" incorrectly, if indeed there's supposed to be a fuel pump. C. The fuel pump may be worn so badly that it's just plain unfixable. D. There may be an obstruction in the line, and that's as far as the pump will pump before the air pressure gets so high that it can't pump any further.
