10-20 engine replacement

does anyone know if an engine from some other F series tractor or other will fit a 10-20 or is the same as a 10-20 engine? I'm giving up on trying to get a 10-20 engine rebuilt. Been waiting years now for various mechanics that promised to rebuild it and haven't. Now they tell me it will cost $1000's to do it? Have a Chrysler 440 and a broken off Super C engine that I may try to use otherwise. Trying to complete a roller, based on a 10-20, to use on a farm runway.
