I just went through this last week on a Super C. The wire from the "A" terminal goes to the voltage regulator lug by itself and mine was on the back of the removed regulator. It was labeled "GEN" on the voltage regulator I installed and I didn't see a label on the lug from the removed one. The regulator I removed was the factory original and it would make sense if it was labeled it would have been "A" like the generator. Don't forget to polize your generator when reinstalling it by jumping across the "BAT" and "A" or "GEN" lug at the regulator after the battery is hooked up. Good luck. Hal
