IH 706 won't start

Started quickly until last week, then hard to start, once started, ran well for a while and then lost power.
This week, after sitting for a week, turned over fine but would not start.
I replaced the strainer screen and casket around fuel bowl. I pulled the gas line, was not flowing well, blew it out and now flows fine, but still will not start. Any help is appreciated.
