Like Ace has said on the test but more then likely your sump check plug is not hold the hdy oil and it is draining back into the rearend . As far as the park lock there could be sever damage or just a bent link . I would have to install a spring loaded park lock if it was my tractor. But the best advice is always pick a gear that will get the job done with extra power then one that you run out of power .
