IH 434 no juice.

Need some advice. I have a 434 IH that I don't use very often mainly in the winter. Last year I sent it in to have the tranny fixed they had to split it, while there I said to work on the igintion I had to cross the points to get it to start. They replaced ignition key as well as the Starter Solenoid.
Months later I went to start the Tractor and its dead, not even any lights.
I changed the battery and still nothing. The odd part is no power to anything,
What would be the problem? Faulty ingintion switch?
I am not sure where the juice comes from to feed the tractor.
I am going to have it for sale and would like to get it running so running so I can ask a bit more.
