The distributor cap and rotor are avalable at any Case-IH dealer, or any quality auto parts store. If your distributor is a DELCO, (stands up instead of laying down), then you should ask for a cap and rotor for an Allis Chalmers or a Case. The fact that your tractor is 12 volt, or 6 volt, has very little to do with the distributor, only the ignition coil, and the 6 volt coil works with 12 volts by using a ballast resistor, which I am sure your tractor already has. Not much point in changing back to 6 volts unless you just want originality.
