Wow Jon, I sure hope you get back on your feet soon after the operation. Be a shame to have that big red monster sitting out there and not be tearing up the pulling events with her. I don't know if you will be able to tell for sure, but how much extra oomph do you think the bigger manifold and carb gets you? I thought about adding a SH carb and manifold, but right now except for the gas manifold the old girl look original (although some might argue that the after market Delco distributor is a detractor). Yes I have trips planned this yoer to the Dry Tortugas (reef fish work), Costa Rica (more coral reef work), and Indonesia (mangrove and air-breathing fish work). Keep me posted on how things are going for you.
